Meet Tim Leonard

Meet Tim Leonard
As a fulltime REALTOR® serving Northern Colorado, my goal is to make the real estate transaction a satisfying experience for my clients. There is an enormous amount of information, detail, emotion and stress in any transaction, so it is essential to work with an experienced top notch agent. I have hundreds of satisfied customers (many of whom I have helped buy and sell several times).

I have lived in Northern Colorado since 1977 and know the area like the back of my hand. I stay up to date on the latest developments in the area and their impact on the value of real estate. From the prospective of being a long time resident and selling real estate for over two decades, I can give my clients better counsel and a competitive edge when buying and selling.

I have been married to my wife Denise for over 30 years and have two daughters Rebecca and Mary.
